Forecaster 121 is a 9-floor, 80-unit building with luxury residences, located in the Bulfinch Triangle Historic District, at the intersection of the North End, Beacon Hill, and Faneuil Hall.

This building was built in 1910, but was renovated from the Forecaster of Boston Raincoat warehouse to a condo building in 2016.

​

Our team did a full restoration to this building, giving it a well-deserved facelift!

In August 2024, we completed a brick restoration project for Hope House Addiction Services in Boston. 

​

Hope House Addiction Services plays a crucial role in our community. Their mission is to provide individualized treatment to those living with Substance Use Disorder (SUD).

​

Hope House offers education and support that enables individuals to pursue their life interests, reconnect with families and employers, and become self-sufficient members of their communities.

We completed a brick restoration project for a residential client in East Boston. When we first saw the client's home, there was noticeable brick spalling around the base and around the windows.

​

Thanks to our team of experts, this single-family home built in 1840 has kept it's historic charm while looking good as ever. It won't need another brick touch-up for another hundred years!

 

These buildings required extensive renovation, including a complete removal and replacement of mortar between bricks, as well as the installation of new flashing and angle irons with weep holes.

​

This project involved multiple stages and was successfully completed thanks to our team of skilled professionals.

​

The end result is an aesthetically improved building that has regained years of life. By addressing these issues now, the client has avoided potentially larger and more expensive problems in the future.
